The written exam will assess knowledge of mass communication and current affairs in English. Applicants must attend the written exam on Saturday, April 5, 2025, from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication Building and the Thammasat 60th Anniversary Building (4th floor), Thammasat University, Tha Prachan Campus.
**Candidates are only allowed to leave the examination room at 11:30 AM.**
Items to Bring:
- Thai applicants: National ID card
- Non-Thai applicants: Passport
- Writing tools: Pen and correction fluid
Prohibited Items:
Electronic watches, mobile phones, and any other devices are strictly not allowed at the exam table, except for the required identification documents and writing tools. The Faculty will not provide storage for personal belongings under any circumstances.
Dress code: School uniform. For international candidates, please dress appropriately; shorts, jeans, t-shirts, flip flops, and leggings are prohibited.

Important Notes:
- Each applicant is allowed only one final selection for their chosen major. While applicants may apply for multiple majors or different admission rounds, once they confirm their seat, they cannot apply in subsequent rounds unless they formally withdraw their acceptance through the centralized admission system (TCAS) within the specified timeframe. Applicants can withdraw their acceptance only once. Any withdrawal outside the designated period will not be recognized in the central system.
- Applicants must ensure they meet the eligibility criteria as per the admission announcement. If, upon review, the university finds that an applicant does not meet the requirements, they will be disqualified from enrollment. Application fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Exam Room Locations:
- Rooms F 407 and F 409: Located in No. 11, Thammasat 60th Anniversary Building. Take the canteen elevator to the 3rd floor, turn right, and take the stairs to the 4th floor.
- Rooms JM 401 and JM 402: Located in No. 20, 4th floor, Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication Building.
**Applicants must take the written examination and submit application documents as scheduled. Failure to meet the aforementioned will result in disqualification. The decision of the faculty committee/institute/university is final.**
